To-Do

Purpose

Track the active work-in-progress surface for the family trip.

When to Use

Use this page when deciding what still needs to be booked, verified, researched, answered, captured, or folded back into the family trip’s source-of-truth pages.

How to Use

  • Keep this page short enough to scan before and during the trip.
  • Use Active To-Do for concrete work.
  • Use Open Questions for unresolved decisions or research prompts.
  • When a task is completed, update the relevant canonical page first, then remove the task here.

Active To-Do

  • Save flight, lodging, Smart EX, and TripAdvisor tour screenshots/PDFs offline on at least two phones.
  • Prepare allergy phrasing/card if any family-specific allergy needs to be shown at restaurants.
  • Confirm family Haneda terminal, flight status, baggage timing, and Uber/taxi pickup timing before leaving LANG HOTEL.

Open Questions

  • If receipt-level tracking matters, should the Hakata -> Kyoto total price be captured from Smart EX?
