Purpose

Capture locked lodging and lodging implications for the family portion of the trip.

When to Use

Use this page when checking check-in windows, addresses, transfer implications, or lodging-related to-do items.

Default Baseline

Use justin trip defaults for general lodging requirements, including AC, check-in verification, decompression space, laundry expectations, and luggage/arrival friction checks.

Fukuoka / Dazaifu:

Gotchas

  • The unused Fukuoka city hotel has already been cancelled and is no longer part of the plan.
  • For Dazaifu, confirm late arrival after the 7:00 PM Fukuoka flight, taxi drop-off practicality, walking route to Dazaifu Station, and AC in sleeping spaces.
  • For Kyoto, luggage drop is planned for 1:30 PM at the door on arrival day; do not assume room entry before the 4:00 PM check-in.
  • For Tokyo, the July 3 checkout is extended to 1:00 PM. Justin will take his main bag to TOKYO-W-INN after the family handoff rather than leaving it at LANG.
  • The Asakusa receipt shows 1 guest; verify account-side guest count if this matters operationally.
