To-Do

Purpose

Track the active work-in-progress surface for the Quinn trip.

When to Use

Use this page when deciding what still needs to be booked, verified, researched, answered, captured, or folded back into the Quinn trip’s source-of-truth pages.

How to Use

  • Keep this page short enough to scan before and during the trip.
  • Use Active To-Do for concrete work.
  • Use Open Questions for unresolved decisions or research prompts.
  • When a task is completed, update the relevant canonical page first, then remove the task here.

Active To-Do

  • Add Quinn’s July 4 airline, flight number, baggage assumptions, and live-arrival tracking details.
  • Reserve a July 6 Tobu Asakusa -> Tobu-Nikko limited express in the 8:00-9:30 AM departure window, preferably 8:00-8:30 AM.
  • Compare NIKKO PASS All Area against the balanced July 7 route and buy the pass only if it still makes sense.
  • Confirm whether the Nikko Airbnb allows early bag drop; otherwise use station lockers or a short taxi/bag workaround.
  • Check the July 7 Tobu Bus timetable close to travel and preserve the 1:00-1:30 PM Ryuzu Falls / Akanuma decision point.
  • Confirm the July 10 Yoyogi-Uehara -> Tomisato / Narita Airbnb route.
  • Confirm the July 11 Tomisato / Narita Airbnb -> Narita Airport route and target a 4:00 PM airport arrival.
  • Add Quinn’s July 12 airline, flight number, booking reference, baggage/check-in rules, and any onward/final destination after Chengdu.
  • Verify live Airbnb check-in instructions, access details, host messages, and account-side guest count for the July 8-10 and July 10-12 reservations.

Open Questions

  • Which exact Tobu limited express departure should be reserved for July 6?
  • Does the NIKKO PASS All Area beat individual fares for the final July 7 route?
  • Does the Nikko Airbnb allow early bag drop, or should the day assume lockers/taxi?
  • Are July 10 and July 11 Narita/Tomisato transfers better by rail + walk, rail + taxi, direct taxi, or host-arranged transfer?
  • Which specific restaurants are worth shortlisting after the day geography and allergy suitability are checked?
  • Is Quinn connecting onward after Chengdu, or is Chengdu the final visible destination?
