- First lodging block target: Saturday, 2026-07-04 to Monday, 2026-07-06.

- Protect the afternoon for Narita arrival timing, immigration, baggage, and transit variance.
- Decide whether I meet Quinn at Narita or meet him after airport transfer.
- Keep evening plans simple near the east Tokyo lodging base.
- Avoid committing to a major day trip before the arrival logistics are settled.
